&amp;frac12; t garlic powder
&amp;frac12; t salt

2 pounds of sole fillets or other fish of your choice

&amp;nbsp;Mix the herbs and seasonings with the oil or melted butter in a skillet.&amp;nbsp; Heat to medium, add fish cook on each side until it flakes easily.&amp;nbsp; This should serve 6.

1/8 t salt
1 C milk
1 small onion, saut&amp;eacute;ed
1 lb mini salad shrimp
One 14 inch pizza crust
&amp;frac34; C shredded mozzarella or Jack cheese
Melt the butter, stir in the dry ingredients, gradually add the milk and cook until thickened.&amp;nbsp; Spread on the pizza crust, sprinkle with onions and shrimp, and top with cheese.&amp;nbsp; Bake until golden brown.

&amp;frac14; t lemon pepper seasoning

1/8 t cayenne
1 medium tomato, diced
2 green onions, diced
Saute the mushrooms and garlic briefly in the oil.&amp;nbsp; Place the fish on top, sprinkle with seasonings, sprinkle with the tomato and onion, place lid on pot and cook until done.

1 pound of fish fillets (sole or cod work well)
6 oz crabmeat, drained and flaked (or 1 C imitation crabmeat, chopped)
&amp;frac12; C grated Parmesan cheese
&amp;frac12; C mayonnaise
1 t lemon juice
1/3 C slivered almonds
Place the fish on a greased baking sheet or pan.&amp;nbsp; Mix the topping ingredients together and spoon on top of fish.&amp;nbsp; Sprinkle lightly with paprika if desired.&amp;nbsp; Bake until the fish is done and the topping is bubbly and lightly browned.Should serve 5-6 people.&amp;nbsp;

1 medium onion, diced
1 &amp;frac12; T olive oil
4 C sliced fresh mushrooms
2 T soy sauce
4 T sherry
2 C dry pasta, cooked and drained
12 oz can tuna, drained well
3 T olive oil
&amp;frac14; C flour
1 C skim milk
1 &amp;frac12; C chicken broth
1 &amp;frac12; C bread crumbs
1 C shredded cheese
Saute onion until tender.&amp;nbsp; Add mushrooms and cook a bit.&amp;nbsp; Add soy and sherry and cook until liquid is nearly gone.&amp;nbsp; Mix that with the cooked pasta and tuna in a big bowl.&amp;nbsp; In the onion pan, make a roux with the next 4 ingredients.&amp;nbsp; Cook until thickened and mix well with the tuna and pasta.&amp;nbsp; Pour into greased baking dish.&amp;nbsp; Sprinkle with bread crumbs and cheese.&amp;nbsp; Bake until heated through.

Fish to serve 4&amp;nbsp;
Combine, shake fish pieces until thoroughly coated
place on sprayed, lined baking sheet
&amp;frac14; C low fat sour cream
&amp;frac14; C low fat mayonnaise
1 T pickle relish
1 T chopped green onion
1 t fresh dill or &amp;frac12; t dry
&amp;frac12; t lemon juice
1/8 t seasoned salt
Mix well, spread over fish pieces
3 T Parmesan
Sprinkle over each piece. 
Bake at 350 for 30 minor until done.
Comment:&amp;nbsp; I found this recipe in Light and Tasty last winter, and we&amp;rsquo;ve enjoyed it on all types of firm, white fish.

1 C bread crumbs
1 C crab meat

dash of rosemary, thyme, and dill
1 egg
Stir together, spoon on fish, roll up, secure with toothpick.&amp;nbsp; Drizzle with butter, bake.
Optional sauce:
3 T butter, melt
1 T flour, stir in
2/3 C chicken broth, stir in and cook until thickened
Spoon over fish, sprinkle with chopped almonds, Parmesan cheese, 
Broil until nuts are browned.
